AMMAN — Starting mid-March 2025, Royal Jordanian (RJ) will offer a new nonstop flight route linking Queen Alia International Airport in Amman with Washington Dulles International Airport in Washington, D.C.
The airline will operate this service twice a week, every Tuesday and Sunday, using its Boeing 787 Dreamliner. This addition aims to boost connections between the Middle East and North America, catering to business, tourism, government, and local communities.
Samer Majali, RJ’s CEO, expressed excitement about the launch, saying: “This new route will bring Amman and Washington, D.C. closer, creating more opportunities for economic, cultural, and travel exchanges between Jordan and the U.S.”
He also noted: “It’s another step toward our vision of becoming the leading airline in the Levant, offering top-notch services and seamless travel options.”
With the launch of this route, RJ will expand its U.S. network, which already includes direct flights to Chicago, New York, and Detroit, further enhancing travel options between Jordan and North America.
